Polished Salon & Spa is located in the beautiful Tabb Square shopping center, on George Washington Mem Hwy. As a courtesy, we try to contact you to confirm your appointment two (2) business days prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment(s) and to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
No Show Policy
We understand that life gets hectic, but so do our schedules. We book our stylists very tightly, so it is important to be on time. If you arrive 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, it may be necessary to reschedule.
A minimum of one (1) business day notice is required when canceling/rescheduling appointments. Late cancellations and no-shows (not calling, not showing up) will be required to pay 100% of the cancelled appointment.
Groups or parties must give at least thirty (30) days notice to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
In the event that you miss three (3) consecutive appointments (late cancel or no show), you will be unable to schedule future appointments. End of story. However, you may be considered for a walk-in appointment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks, and Cash. Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check, to be paid before any other services can be rendered. After two (2) returned checks, you will be asked to pay by cash only.
Retail products may be exchanged within fourteen (14) days. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Please contact us within five (5) days of your salon service should you be disappointed or dissatisfied and we will do everything within reason to ensure your happiness and meet your expectations.
We love children and we hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in the professional environment. We do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guest. Children are welcome in the salon while they are receiving services. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian not receiving services. Thank you for your cooperation.
When inside the salon, we ask that you turn your cell phones either off or on silent. The use of speaker-phone is prohibited. We want to provide a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for all guests visiting us.
